It did exist – in the Abkhaz forest lies what I would refer to for all my decent measure as turbo singularity. The town it lives next to was the scene of one of the most pronounced theatres of violence through the entire 92-93 Abkhaz war – shelling and bombing of its boiler house took this place out of use. Whilst it feels ancient and oozes mystique of some mythical land, it was in fact only built at the end of the ’70s, later than a lot of its still-operating European equivalents.
